Essence has worked in the fields of Executive Search recruiting and Higher Education Student Affairs as a leader focusing on various functional areas of career coaching, academic advising, programming, diversity, equity, inclusion, and more. In the recruiting field, she has experience supporting mission-driven clients in finding and hiring diverse and qualified talent for executive roles. Her zone of genius is to lead with empathy through critical thinking, innovation, collaborative partnerships, and problem-solving. She upholds supporting an intentional approach to recruiting, as well as the creation of an inclusive and transformational experience for others.
On the Bacon Maintenance side, Essence is responsible for carrying out administrative duties and services for recruiting in order to enhance the overall client experience.
