This July marks an important milestone for JB Consulting Systems. We are celebrating 25 years in business.
As I reflect on this journey, I am filled with gratitude. What began in 2001 as a vision to support employers and their people has grown into something far greater than I ever imagined. I also started JB Consulting Systems to provide a place for others like me to work and thrive while also being able be available for my kids. I was pregnant with my daughter, Jessica, when I started JBCS and she recently had a baby girl of her own, I feel like I’ve come full circle and look forward to the future years to come.
Over the past 25 years, we have had the privilege of partnering with organizations of all sizes, across many industries, and in communities throughout Washington and across the country.
At the heart of it all has always been people.
Our work has never been just about policies, compliance, or processes. It has been about helping organizations create stronger workplaces, supporting leaders through complex challenges, and ensuring that employees feel valued, supported, and empowered. That belief continues to guide everything we do.
While JB Consulting Systems has deep roots in the building industry, our work has expanded over the years to serve a wide range of businesses, nonprofits, and associations. No matter the industry, the common thread is the same: organizations succeed when their people succeed.
This milestone is not just about the years. It is about the relationships.
We are incredibly grateful for the trust our clients place in us. Many of those relationships have spanned years, and in some cases decades. We have also been fortunate to build meaningful partnerships within our local communities, including the Woodinville, Snohomish, and Bothell Chambers of Commerce, as well as numerous professional and industry organizations. These connections have played an important role in shaping who we are today.
I am equally grateful for our team. Their expertise, passion, and commitment to excellence are what make JB Consulting Systems what it is. They bring our mission to life every day in the way they serve our clients and support one another.
As we celebrate this anniversary, we are not only looking back, we are looking ahead.
The workplace continues to evolve, and so do the needs of the organizations we serve. We remain committed to growing, adapting, and finding new ways to support our clients as they navigate change and opportunity. Our focus will always remain on delivering thoughtful, strategic, and people centered solutions that help organizations thrive.
Our motto, Powered by People, has never felt more meaningful than it does today. It reflects both our purpose and our promise, to continue building strong relationships, supporting great organizations, and investing in the people who make it all possible.
