With nearly three decades of experience in the building industry, Juli has built a reputation for excellence in all that she does. Her influence, however, reaches far beyond her own businesses. Juli has served in over 100 leadership roles across the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW), and MBAKS, shaping the future of the building industry through her vision, mentorship, and unwavering commitment.

As a founding member of the MBAKS Professional Women in Building Council, Juli has been instrumental in elevating and empowering women in the construction industry. Her leadership and mentorship have opened doors for countless professionals, inspiring the next generation of builders.

- An owner in Routec Industries, LLC (a structural steel fabrication business)
Her competitive spirit and passion for serving the building industry includes speaking nationally on workforce development challenges. December marks the end of her term as the first Chair of the BIAW State Professional Women in Building Council (PWB), leaving the council set up with a foundation based in a strong strategic plan for the future.
Juli continues that same spirit and drive in her personal life as a mother of 2 veterans and a powerlifter with a 1,150 pound leg press and a state record for bench press.
