Kristin has been an integral part of JB Consulting Systems for nearly eight years, starting as an HR Generalist before quickly advancing to HR Consultant. With a background in insurance brokerage and corporate HR, she brings a wealth of experience in employee relations, process & procedure development, and navigating a wide range of HR challenges. She is also highly skilled in preparing and delivering impactful training sessions, finding innovative ways to use technology efficiently, and fostering collaboration.
Known for her enthusiasm, positive outlook, and entrepreneurial spirit, Kristin embraces challenges and continually brings fresh ideas to the table. Her ability to build strong client relationships and develop tailored, effective solutions has earned her recognition as a dynamic leader within JBCS.
In her new role, Kristin will lead client-focused initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, supporting cultural transformation, and driving organizational growth. She will also mentor and guide team members to ensure the JBCS continues to deliver the exceptional, customized HR services its clients depend on.
