Navigating staffing and business operations during this COVID-19 Global Pandemic can be a daunting task, especially while trying to minimize the risks to your business. JB Consulting Systems has prepared simple forms, signage, a Return-To-Work checklist, and more — all to help get your team back to work. Ordering is easy – just choose the appropriate package based on your business model (all employees on-site or on-site and remote workers) and simply download.

Professional Services reopening under Phase 2 must complete the following:

  • Develop and post a comprehensive COVID-19 exposure, control, mitigation, and recovery manual (Pandemic Preparedness & Response Plan). Failure to take this step could result in a shutdown.
  • Identify a COVID-19 Supervisor to monitor and enforce requirements laid out in the above manual.
  • Post appropriate signage on entrances and throughout the building.
  • Screen employees at the start of the shift for symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Require employees to wear masks when not working alone.

COVID: Employees in Office and/or Remote

  • Return to Work Checklist – Contains best practices and guidelines to help you determine if you have taken the appropriate steps to reopen and links to posters that are required or helpful.
  • Pandemic Preparedness and Response Plan – An outline plan for the office/professional business.
  • Social Distancing Poster – Hang in spaces where people tend to congregate as well as other locations in the office.
  • Door Sign – Hang outside all points of entry indicating company policy on only entering the worksite if the person is feeling healthy.
  • Visitor Log – Capture important information about those who visit your location each day.
  • Screening Questions – This form is required for some industries but not all. If it is not a requirement for your industry, placing a sign on the door may be satisfactory.
  • Remote Work Policy – Outlines expectations for working from home and offers tips for working from home.
  • Remote Work Agreement – Captures the agreement to the Remote Work policy, company issued assets and schedule for the remote worker.

  • Recall Letter Template – Send to employees who are being recalled to work.
  • Final Recall Notification – Send to employees who are being recalled to work but have not responded.

  • Rehire Eligibility and Service Recognition – Indicates Company policy on Bridging of Service.
  • PDF of all posters to hang in applicable areas at worksite.
  • Covid-19 Weekly Training Sign in – Log and track toolbox talks/safety discussions.
  • Covid-19 Site Administrator Guide –  In Excel, spreadsheets with samples for cleaning, hazardous material control, training tracking.
  • Consulting Time – 1 hour of consulting time for training and Q & A to walk you through the process of re-opening.
