- • Forms are prepared following state and federal laws. Most forms are copyrighted materials with password protection. We do not release the password.
- • The base handbook may not be edited; only policies that are specific to you may be added. No changes to format, content, or layout are included in this base handbook. We will incorporate your logo and mission into the appropriate place in the handbook. Additional policies outside the scope of the handbook will incur additional charges for which you may use your monthly alotted hours or be billed at at our current hourly rate.
- • Client understands that they must complete information requested in order to receive completed forms and handbook.
The Subscriber agrees to purchase an annual subscription plan, with a total commitment of 12 months. Although the total subscription fee is for a full year, the Subscriber is offered the option to pay the annual fee in 12 equal monthly installments for their convenience. By selecting this payment option, the Subscriber understands and agrees to the following:
- 1. Annual Commitment: The subscription is for a full 12-month term, and the Subscriber is responsible for the full annual fee, regardless of early cancellation, non-use, or termination before the end of the term.
- 2. Monthly Installments: Payments will be automatically charged on a monthly basis, with each installment representing 1/12th of the total annual subscription fee.
- 3. Non-Cancellation of Payments: Early termination of the subscription does not relieve the Subscriber of the obligation to complete payment of all remaining installments until the full annual fee is paid.
- 4. Renewal: Unless canceled before the end of the 12-month period, the subscription will automatically renew for another 12-month term, under the same payment conditions, unless otherwise specified.
- 5. Failure to Pay: Missed payments or failed transactions may result in suspension of service, late fees, or further collection actions until the balance of the annual fee is paid in full.
Clients agree to the full annual payment upon sign-up, regardless of payment frequency.
Additional hours beyond the plan are billed at a discounted rate for current clients.
By accepting these terms, the Subscriber acknowledges their understanding that they are committing to a full year's payment, even if monthly payments are provided as a convenience.
