One on One meeting with Manager

Once the first day afterglow wears off and the new hire has begun to navigate their new position, the manager should check in regularly with the new employee using a written 90-Day Training Plan. This allows the manager to provide feedback to the new employee based on their current progress in the role and aligning expectations against current performance. This plan document should be given to the employee during their first day orientation in writing, and followed up on regularly.
